The Mission of ASCEND Mental Wellness is to encourage and assist individuals in discovering pathways to their optimal mental health and wellness, while supporting hope and awareness of well-being in our community.
ASCEND Mental Wellness continues to be a proud Affiliate of the Mental Health Association in New York State. MHANYS’s mission is to improve the lives of individuals, families, and all communities in New York State by raising mental health awareness, ending stigma and discrimination, and promoting wellness and recovery. In 2020, ASCEND Mental Wellness humbly received the MHA Bell Award with its inscription: “Cast from shackles which bound them, this bell shall ring out hope for the mentally ill and victory over mental illness.” from MHANYS.

ASCEND Mental Wellness is proud to be apart of the Omnes Health Network. Their network is made up of 36 providers offering behavioral and physical health care. With seven Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHCs), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), Intellectually and Developmentally Disabled (I/DD) Services, and peer programs, that help provide care for 80,000 people in rural, upstate New York.
The mission of the Saratoga-North Country Continuum of Care (SNC-523) is to work to ensure a seamless continuum of housing and supportive services aimed at the elimination of homelessness in Warren, Washington, Hamilton and Saratoga Counties.
